Innovative Pressure Gauge Syphon Solutions

Syphons are used with a gauge to protect pressure instruments in live steam service or other hot vapor applications. The vapor condenses inside the coil of the syphon which prevents the high temperature vapors from reaching the sensing element of the gauge. Dansway syphons are the most used and recommended in the industry. We offer our customers the widest selection of design and function. Our size ranges are from ¼" thru 1 ½ 40, sch 80, sch 160 and XXH in four different configurations to service and fit into the most challenging requirements.

Dansway syphons are produced in a variety of materials, such as: Carbon, Stainless Steel, Chrome Moly and other high performance alloys according to the following specifications: ASTM A53F, ASTM A1 068, ASTM A312T304/1, ASTM A312 T316/1, ASTM 4335 P1 1 , ASTM 4335 P22, ASTM A335 P9, ASTM A335 P91 , ASTM 8622 C276 (Hast), Nickel Alloys and so much more.
